Our best-selling dumpling classes are now available to take home. Made from scratch every Friday, these kits bring you fun bonding time over folding and enjoying freshly cooked dumplings. Each kit yields approx 35 dumplings, generously feeding four adults. Perfect for a getaway, date night, weekend entertaining, or stocking your freezer.

Each kit contains:

• 1 x 1kg filling: 4 flavours to choose from
• 1 x dumpling wrappers (Tip: buy an extra to make pleated dumplings)
• 1 x 125ml dipping sauces to pair with the filling
  
• 1 x signature pickle trial kit
• 4 x umami fruit cordial samplers

Tip: Add raw prawn (200g) or chicken mince (200g) to 500g vegan filling to accommodate both meat lovers and vegans. Get an extra dumpling wrapper for this.

Making dumplings

• Keep the box refrigerated upon collection and make dumplings within 2 days
• Freeze dumplings immediately while making

Cooking dumplings

• Freshly made: Steam, boil, pot sticker for 8 min.
• Frozen: cook from frozen for 10 min.

• Shelf life: make dumplings within 2 days from the collection, then freeze those dumplings | 3 months for everything else

Allergens

• Mandatory ingredients: all kits contain wheat (gluten), soy, yeast, mirim and sesame. The Thai chicken kit contains fish sauce.
