Another tested and proven product from our Thai Curry & Satay class, allows you to cook hearty authentic Thai curries from everyday ingredients with no fuss. Also use for Thai fish cakes, chicken or tofu satay, Thai stir-fries, Thai peanut sauce or anything needing a touch of Thai.

To serve 4 as a main, you need the following: (Download the recipe here)

• 1 tub of Thai curry paste (for strong flavour, add another tub)
• 300 ml stock: shop our homemade stock
• 1 can coconut milk
• 1-2 tsp fish sauce
• 1 cup butternut or pumpkin
  
• 600g protein of your choice
  
• 12 cocktail tomato
• 1 red onion
  
• 1 handful of green beans
• (garnish) handful of coriander, 1 red chilli

Red Paste (Pesca): Dried red chilli, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, ginger, salt, vegetable oil, shrimp paste, coriander, lime zest, galangal, black pepper, coriander seed, cumin powder

Green Paste (Pesca): Green Chilli, lemongrass, shallot, ginger, garlic, salt, coriander, galangal, vegetable oil, shrimp paste, lime zest, Thai lime leaves, coriander seed, pepper, cumin, turmeric

Red Paste (Vegan): Dried red chilli, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, ginger, salt, vegetable oil, coriander, lime zest, galangal, black pepper, coriander seeds, cumin powder

Green Paste (Vegan): Green chilli, lemongrass, shallots, ginger, garlic, salt, vegetable oil, coriander, galangal, Thai lime zest, Thai lime leaves, coriander seeds, pepper, cumin, turmeric

Specifications

• Storage: Keep frozen. Once defrosted, use in a week and do not re-freeze.
