Shortcut for perfect homemade KFC and more

Initially developed for our Korean Fried Chicken class, this item quickly became everybody's favourite for its great return on investment. Rub this on any white protein (chicken, duck, pork, white fish, calamari, prawn, tofu) with a bit of oil to give a kick of savoury, sweet and sour flavour with a touch of heat. This rub has a kick - use sparingly. 

KOREAN Fried Chicken (for 1.2kg chicken wings or legs)

• Marinade for 3 hours: 3 Tbsp Umami rub + 1 Tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce + 1 Tobasco or peri-peri sauce + 1 Tbsp minced garlic 
• Lightly dust the chicken with potato starch
  
• Deep fry or pan fry.
